简要分析海洋油气平台用316型不锈钢的焊接性和目前采取药芯焊丝焊接存在的问题,采取实芯焊丝脉冲气保护焊方式进行焊接,并在焊接完成后对焊接接头开展无损检测、机械性能测试、晶间腐蚀及微观组织分析。结果显示,使用实芯焊丝脉冲气保护焊完成的焊接接头成型优异,机械性能、抗腐蚀能力、抗热裂能力均满足设计需求,是一种适用于不锈钢管线安装阶段施工的焊接方式。

Here by briefly introduces the weldability of 316 stainless steel for offshore oil and gas platforms and the problems existing in the current use of flux cored wire welding,and the welded joints were tested by pulse welding using solid core welding wire,and non-destructive testing and physical testing of the welded joints were carried out after the welding was completed.The overall results show that the welded joint has excellent forming and mechanical properties meet the design requirements.
