摘要
提出一种新型软开关策略,在不添加任何元件且不改变输入电流纹波的情况下,通过减小滤波电感产生足够大的相电流脉动,使得相电流在下开关管导通前流经下管的体二极管,从而实现下管的零电压开通。该策略不仅可减小开关损耗,提高运行效率,还能减轻电感和散热器的重量,提升装置的功率密度。最后通过一台2 kW实验样机验证所提软开关策略的正确性。
A novel soft-switching strategy is proposed,which achieves zero-voltage turn-on of the lower switch by reducing the filter inductance to generate a sufficiently large phase current ripple without adding any components or altering the input current ripple.The strategy not only reduces the switching losses and improves the operating efficiency,but also reduces the weight of the inductor and heat sink,thereby enhancing the power density of the device.Finally,the proposed soft-switching strategy is validated by a 2 kW experimental prototype.
