河北省基于“以水定产”的水资源供需分析

Water Resources Supply and Demand based on the Theory of Production Determined by Water in Hebei Province

河北省水资源严重短缺,却一直承担着保护首都用水安全和生态环境等重要使命。针对河北省日益尖锐的水资源供需矛盾,结合河北省水资源现状和当前政策主导下的水资源配置格局,对河北省水资源供需水量进行预测,并对供需平衡进行分析。结果表明,河北省生活、生产、生态行业用水工程仍存在一些短板,针对问题提出改进措施,进一步实现河北省水资源优化配置和集约高效利用。

Despite the serious shortage of water resources in Hebei Province,it has always undertaken the important mission of protecting the water security and ecological environment of the capital.In view of the increasingly sharp contradiction between water supply and demand,combined with the current situation of water resources and the current policy-led water resource allocation pattern,the water supply and demand was predicted and the balance between supply and demand was analyzed.The results show that there are still some shortcomings in the water use project of domestic,production and ecological industries in Hebei Province,and the improvement measures were proposed to further realize the optimal allocation and intensive and efficient utilization of water resources in Hebei Province.
