南运河水生态环境修复问题研究

Problem on Ecological Environment Restoration of South Canal

分析了近年南运河河湖治理、地下水压采及生态补水工作,尤其是利用引黄、南水北调东线一期北延应急供水等水源补充生态用水对恢复、改善南运河水生态环境的重要作用,探讨了与水生态环境修复相关的水资源配置、水资源管理机制、水资源管理方法等诸多问题及解决对策。

The management of rivers and lakes,groundwater exploitation and ecological water replenishment in the South Canal in recent years,especially the important role of using water sources such as the Yellow River diversion and the north extension emergency water supply of the first phase of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer to supplement the ecological water use of rivers and lakes to restore and improve the water ecology of the South Canal is analyzed.And the problems and countermeasures related to water ecological restoration such as water resources allocation,water resources management mechanism and water resources management methods were discussed.
