摘要
本文基于可靠性评价指标涉及的水质、水压、停水等信息的收集汇总管理体系,依靠客服管理系统的数据统计分析功能,运用评价定义公式,计算可靠性数据。通过分级计算可靠性数据,可为上级管理部门的评价提供数据支撑,同时便于对企业内部不同区域的服务指标进行内部评价。
This article was based on the collection and summary management system of water quality,water pressure,water outage and other information related to reliability evaluation indicators,and relied on the data statistical analysis function of the customer service management system,and the reliability data was calculated using evaluation definition formulas.By hierarchical,the reliability data could support the evaluation of superior management department and internal evaluations were also conducted on service indicators in different divisions within the enterprise.
