大直径长距离过江顶管工程设计与施工

摘要 某城区应急备用水源工程,过江管线需穿越闽江主河道段。通过对技术方案、施工难度、通航、防洪、运行安全、造价等关键影响因素进行比较和分析,选择顶管过江方案,可降低施工风险,确保工程安全实施。顶管实施过程中采用中继间技术和曲线顶管技术,为管道穿越大江大河提供了可借鉴的工程设计和施工经验。 In the emergency standby water source project in a certain urban area,the pipeline crosses the main river section of the Minjiang River.Through the comparison and analysis of key influencing factors such as technical scheme,construction difficulty,navigation,flood control,operation safety and cost etc.,the selection of pipe jacking technology could reduce the construction risk and ensure the safe implementation of the project.In the implementation of pipe jacking,the technologies of intermediate jacking station and curved pipe jacking were adopted,which provided engineering design and construction experience for pipeline crossing large rivers.
