基于数据分析的供水厂生产运行管理问题及优化对策研究

Research on Production and Operation Management Problems based on Data Analysis and Optimization Strategy in Waterworks

供水厂的安全运行对城市发展至关重要。为提高供水厂综合管理水平,某供水厂在“一流水厂”创建过程中,在安全、稳定、优质供水等方面做了大量的管理创新工作,实现了制水过程稳健性的提升。本文通过文献分析、问卷调查、实地访谈以及挖掘生产大数据等方法,深入分析了该供水厂运行管理中存在的典型问题,并从应急处突、设备维护、工序精准控制、能耗监控、水质检测以及物料管理等六个方面提出了相关优化对策,为提升供水厂运行管理能力和质量提供了有益参考。

The safe operation of waterworks is crucial to the development of cities.In order to improve the management level and response capacity of the waterworks,and to build a national first-class water service enterprise,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation management of the waterworks through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field interviews,and mining the information contained in the production work order,and from the aspects of emergency response,equipment maintenance,process precision control,energy consumption monitoring relevant optimization measures are put forward from six aspects,such as water quality detection and material management,which provides an optimization strategy for improving the capacity of operation management in the waterworks of Waterworks Group.
