红色文化浸润下的大学生国防教育模式研究——以遵义师范学院“339”国防教育实践模式为例

Research on the Mechanismand Effectiveness of National Defense Education for College Students under Red Culture——Taking the“339”National Defense Education Practice Model of Zunyi Normal University as an example

开展卓有成效的国防教育,应在春风化雨、润物无声上下功夫。文章调查分析了当前大学生国防教育和军训工作存在的困难,以遵义师范学院“339”国防教育育人机制和实践模式为例,提出利用长征精神引领,依托地方红色文化资源,通过打造红色文化课堂、营造红色育人环境、实施红色主题实践等方式润物细无声地开展教育是提升大学生国防教育实效的有效途径。

Through investigation and analysis of the difficulties in the current national defense education and military training of college students,taking the“339”national defense education mechanism and practice model of Zunyi Normal University as an example,it is proposed that the effective way to improve the effectiveness of national defense education for college students is to use the spirit of the LongMarch,rely on local red cultural resources,and carry out education silently by creating red education environment,and implementing red theme practice.
