针刺联合特殊教育治疗儿童孤独症的效果及对其社会生活能力的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with special education on children with autism spectrum disorder and its influence on their ability of social life

目的 观察针刺联合特殊教育治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍(简称孤独症)效果及对其社会生活能力的影响。方法 选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿童脑病诊疗康复中心2021年2~12月收治的3~6岁孤独症儿童80例,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,治疗3个月后比较两组治疗前后的孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)、孤独症程度评定量表(CARS)和社会生活能力量表(S-M)的评分变化及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率为85.0%(34/40),明显好于对照组65.0%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种治疗方法对孤独症儿童孤独症程度,语言、交往、自理行为及社会生活能力改善的差异均有统计学意义,针刺联合特殊教育疗法优于单纯特殊教育疗法(P<0.05)。结论 针刺联合特殊教育能有效缓解孤独症儿童的核心症状,尤其是语言、社交能力,提高社会生活能力,尽快融入社会,缓解家庭压力,有利于孤独症儿童的预后。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with special education in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in children and its effect on their social life ability.Methods A total of 80 children aged 3 to 6 years with autism spectrum disorder admitted to the Pediatric Encephalopathy Diagnosis and Treatment Rehabilitation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and observation group),with 40 cases in each group,and the score changes of the autism behavior checklist(ABC),childhood autism rating scale(CARS)and normal development of social skills from infant to junior high school children(S-M)and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the response rate of 85.0%(34/40)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(65.0%,26/40),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The differences in the improvement of CARS scores,language,communication,self-care ability and social life ability between the two groups are of statistical significance.Acupuncture combined with special education is a better therapy than pure special education(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with special education can effectively relieve the core symptoms of autistic children,especially the language and social ability,improve the ability of social life,relieve family pressure,and enable them to integrate into society as soon as possible,which is conducive to the prognosis of autistic children.
