摘要
试验旨在查明四川某发病猪场猪细小病毒的基因类型,掌握该地区猪细小病毒的分子流行病学特征。试验采集发病猪场的猪肺脏、淋巴结、血液等病料,进行PCR扩增和全基因组测序。结果显示,试验成功获得1株新型猪细小病毒4型PPV4-MY。全基因组测序结果显示,PPV4-MY全基因组存在一定程度的突变,全基因组前端和末端各序列存在较大差异,中段序列基本一致,差异较小;系统发育树分析发现,分离株PPV4-MY与山东、韩国检出的毒株亲缘性最近。
The aim of the experiment was to identify the genotypes of porcine parvovirus in an infected pig farm in Sichuan Province and to grasp the molecular epidemiological characteristics of porcine parvovirus in the area.The lung,lymph nodes,blood and other disease materials were collected from the infected pig farm for PCR amplification and whole genome sequencing.The results showed that a new strain of porcine parvovirus type 4 PPV4-MY was successfully obtained.Whole genome sequencing results showed that there were certain mutations in the whole genome of PPV4-MY,and there were great differences in the front and end sequences of the whole genome,while the middle sequence was basically the same with little difference.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the strain PPV4-MY was closely related to the strains detected in Shandong and Korea.
