佳米驴消化道寄生虫感染情况的调查研究

Investigation and research on prevalence of gastrointestinal parasites of Jiami donkeys

研究旨在了解佳米驴消化道内寄生虫的感染情况,随机采集32份佳米驴粪样(其中成年和幼年驴各16份),采用饱和食盐水漂浮法、离心沉淀法和虫卵计数法(斯陶尔氏法)进行粪便检测,分析佳米驴消化道寄生虫种类,并计算每克粪便中所含寄生虫的虫卵数。结果显示,佳米驴消化道内主要为马圆线虫、毛细线虫、马副蛔虫,同时成年和幼年佳米驴马圆线虫在消化道内的感染率和感染强度均较高。研究表明,养殖过程中应严格制定寄生虫综合防控措施,以提高佳米驴的生产效益。

The purpose of the study was to understand the infection of parasites in the digestive tract of Jiami donkeys.A total of 32 samples of Jiami donkeys'feces(16 adult and 16 juvenile)were randomly collected.The feces were detected by saturated salt water flotation method,centrifugal precipitation method and egg counting method(Stall's method)to analyze the parasite species in the digestive tract of Jiami donkeys,and the number of eggs contained in each gram of feces was calculated.The results showed that Strongylus epuinus,Capillary nematodes,Parascaris equorum were the main pathogens in the digestive tract of the donkey,and the infection rate and infection intensity of the adult and juvenile Strongylus epuinus in the digestive tract were higher.The study indicates that comprehensive parasite control measures should be strictly formulated in the breeding process to improve the production efficiency of Jiami donkeys.
