摘要
戊型肝炎是由戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)感染引起的一种人畜共患疾病,主要经粪-口途径传播。戊型肝炎在世界各地均有发生,且在孕妇中病死率高,妊娠期预后差,是各国面临的公共卫生问题。本文针对戊型肝炎的诊断、治疗及预防进行综述。
Hepatitis E is a zoonotic disease caused by hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection,and mainly transmitted by fecal-oral route.It occurs all over the world and has a high fatality rate and poor prognosis in pregnant women.It is a public health problem faced by all countries.This study reviewed the progress of HEV research in terms of diagnosis,treatment and prevention.
