摘要
以迪士尼公司文创产品的开发和运营策略为研究对象,分析梳理其在创新管理过程中开发与运营的策略,以此总结出迪士尼文创营销的成功经验,并由此对我国文创产品的管理开发者与运营者给出相应的建议与设计思路。
The paper takes the development and operation strategy of Disney's cultural and creative products as the research object,analyzes and sorts out its development and operation strategy in the process of innovation management,and summarizes the successful experience of Disney's cultural and creative marketing,and gives corresponding suggestions and design ideas to the management developers and operators of cultural and creative products in China.
