摘要
透皮给药系统使药物以恒定速率通过皮肤,与口服制剂相比,它的体内吸收、分布优势明显,生物利用度高,是一种常见的外用剂型。同时,释药效果较差、皮肤屏障的穿透能力欠缺等不足,严重制约透皮给药系统的发展。三维打印技术(3D printing)作为一项新兴的制药技术,能通过计算机辅助设计软件使药物具有独特的递送特征,优于传统制药工艺,它与透皮给药系统的结合是当下的研究热点。本文将以3D打印在透皮给药领域的研究为基础,对伤口辅料、口腔分散膜、微针和栓剂的最新研究进行综述,为实现按需定制和临床个性化给药提供参考。
Drug delivery system through transdermal allow drugs to pass through the skin at a constant rate.Compared with oral preparations,it is a common external dosage form and has an advantage in absorption and distribution in vivo and high bioavailability.However,the poor drug release effect and the lack of penetration ability of skin barrier seriously restrict the development of transdermal drug delivery system.As an emerging technology in pharmacy,3D printing produce medicines through computer-aided design,enable drugs with particular delivery characteristics and achieve a unique drug delivery systems that superiors to the traditional pharmaceutical processes.Its integration with drug delivery system through transdermal will be a research hotspot.Therefore,this paper will base on the latest researches of 3D printing in drug delivery system through transdermal,and summarizes the achievements on wound dressing,oral dispersing film,microneedles and suppositories,and will provide evidence for on-demand customization and clinical personalized drug delivery.
