成都市旅客联程运输发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Chengdu Passenger Inter-modality

旅客联程运输是通过两种或两种以上的交通运输方式完成的旅客连续运输,在一次单程旅程中至少要为旅客提供两种运输方式构成的全程服务、无缝衔接的旅程。成都市对外、中转、旅游交通需求量旺盛,随着经济社会的发展,旅客对交通出行的要求也从单纯的位移向舒适省心转变。本文对成都市联程运输的发展现状和存在问题进行了梳理,并通过借鉴北京、上海等城市发展联程运输的先进经验,从加快空铁联运发展、推动空巴联运发展、优化跨运输方式安检流程、促进信息开放共享、探索运游融合新模式等方面提出成都推动旅客联程运输发展的路径。

Passenger link transportation refers to a continuous transportation of passengers completed a journey through two or more modes of transportation,that is,in a one-way journey to provide passengers with at least two modes of transportation composed of full service and seamless journey.Chengdu has a strong demand for external traffic,transit traffic and tourism traffic.With the development of economy and society,the requirements of passengers for traffic travel have changed from simple displacement to comfort.This paper combs the development status and existing problems of the passenger inter-modality in Chengdu,draws on the advanced experience of Beijing and Shanghai in developing the passenger inter-modality and proposes the development path of the passenger inter-modality in Chengdu from accelerating the development of air and rail inter-modality,promoting the development of air and bus inter-modality,optimizing the security inspection process of cross transport modes,promoting the open sharing of information,and exploring a new mode of transport and tourism integration.
