成都市域铁路竞争力提升策略研究

Research on the Competitiveness Promotion Strategies of Chengdu Suburban Railway

随着我国干线铁路网成型和城市轨道交通线网完善,大城市综合交通体系中市域铁路成为功能短板,亟需对市域铁路竞争力提升策略展开研究。本文以成都市域铁路为例,通过文献综述、案例分析的方法明确市域铁路发展趋势,发现我国市域铁路竞争力主要影响因素为线网规模、交通衔接、辐射范围、项目经济性、通勤时效性和换乘快捷性;以竞争力影响因素为评价指标,构建市域骨干线网形成“两环两射”格局;基于成都市域线网格局和客流预测,以运能浪费最小为目标,构建整数规划模型,求解得成都市域列车开行方案,对比发现:研究所得开行方案充分利用了既有线资源,有效改善了市域线服务品质,充分发挥了市域铁路在综合交通体系中的独特优势。本文研究成果为成都市域铁路建设、运营提供思路也为我国市域铁路发展提供借鉴。

With the formation of China's trunk railway network and the improvement of urban rail transit network,urban railway became a functional short board in the comprehensive transportation system of big cities.It was urgent to study the strategies to improve the competitiveness of urban railway.Taken Chengdu suburban railway as an example,this paper clarifies the development trend of suburban railway through literature review and case analysis.It was found that the main influencing factors of China's suburban railway competitiveness were network scale,traffic connection,radiation range,project economy,commuting timeliness and transfer rapidity;Taken the influencing factors of competitiveness as the evaluation index,built the mainstay network of suburban railway and form a"two ring and two radial"pattern;Based on the network pattern and passenger fow forecast of Chengdu,an integer programming model was constructed to minimize the waste of transport capacity,and the suburban train line plan in Chengdu was solved.It was found that the plan made full use of existing railway resources,effectively improved the service quality,and gave full play to the unique advantages of suburban railway in the comprehensive transportation system.The research results of this paper provided ideas for the construction and operation of suburban railway in Chengdu,and also provided reference for the development of suburban railway in China.
