团队学习视角下基层烟草企业内部培训问题与对策探讨

摘要 内部培训是企业打造学习型组织、提升人力资源效能的团队学习方式之一,但在实际应用中存在工学矛盾突出、过程管理不善、持续改进不足等问题。本文基于团队学习的影响因素视角,从个体、团队、组织等方面分析了基层烟草企业内部培训问题产生的原因,并探讨了基层烟草企业内部培训的改进路径,以供参考与借鉴。
