Research on Contemporary Urban Renewal Practice in New Era and Its Enlightenment

城市更新已上升为国家战略,成为新时代背景下贯彻以人民为中心、推动城市高质量发展的重要手段。由于我国城市更新尚处在探索阶段,结合当前城市更新规划工作中亟待破解的难题,文章通过对先进城市更新实践的研究、梳理和总结,围绕规划体系架构、多维政策创新及管理机制建设这三大方面形成三点建议,以期为未来的城市更新规划工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Urban renewal has become a national strategy and an important means to implement people-orientation and to promote high-quality urban development in the new era.Because China’s urban renewal is still in the exploratory stage,facing the difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in the current urban renewal work,this paper studies,combs and summarizes the advanced urban renewal practice,and forms three suggestions around the planning system architecture,multi-dimensional policy innovation and management mechanism construction,with a view to providing a useful reference for the future urban renewal planning work.
