External Cultivation and Internal Storage with Both Rest and Tourism:Interpretation on the Second Phase Transformation Plan of Yuangang Zhihui Park

文章在存量发展的背景下,对办公建筑改造进行了再思考,摆脱了过去程式化的设计技巧,尝试总结出一套有机融合建筑“内”与“外”空间逻辑秩序的设计目标,以“外修内藏,息游结合”的理念贯穿建筑改造的始终。在此基础上,通过对区位特征、地方文化,以及新功能要求的辨析,结合具体的设计构思创意,实现外部形象的得体再造和内部空间的有效重构。设计师以务实的态度,一方面理解办公建筑的市场化属性,另一方面认识到新型工作模式与特定人群需求的转变,寻找自然空间、人性空间与物质空间的充分融合。

Under the background of stock development,this paper rethinks the renovation of office buildings,gets rid of the stylized design skills of the past,and tries to summarize a set of design goal framework for the organic synergy of“inside”and“outside”spaces of buildings,and runs through the whole process of architectural space transformation with the concept of“external cultivation and internal storage with the combination of rest and tourism”.On this basis,through the analysis on location characteristics,local culture and new function requirements,combined with specific design ideas and creativity,the proper reconstruction of the external image and the effective reconstruction of the internal space are realized.With a pragmatic attitude,the designer not only understands the market-oriented attributes of office buildings,but also recognizes the transformation of new working modes and the needs of specific groups of people on the other hand,and seeks the full integration of natural space,human space and material space.
