摘要
全过程工程咨询服务组合模式包含服务阶段组合和服务内容组合,具备双重组合性及多样性特点。文章探讨并分析了全过程工程咨询服务组合模式,通过重庆市开展的128个全过程工程咨询项目样本案例,分析了当前重庆市全过程工程咨询的服务组合模式及其主要特点,并提出改进建议,以期工程设计在全过程工程咨询中发挥主导作用,促进设计与管理有机融合,更好地实现项目建设目标。
The service combination mode of whole process engineering consultation includes service stages combination and service contents combination,which has the characteristics of dual combination and diversity.In the paper,the service combination mode of whole process engineering consultation is discussed and analyzed.Through 128 sample cases of whole process engineering consultation projects carried out in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the current service combination mode and its main characteristics of whole process engineering consultation in Chongqing,and puts forward improvement suggestions.It is expected to make engineering design play leading role in whole process engineering consultation,to promote the organic integration of design and management,and to better achieve project construction objectives.
