论全人类共同价值理念——基于国际话语视角

On the Concept of Humanity's Common Values:Based on the Perspective of International Discourse

进入新时代,世情发展变化呼唤新的价值引领,身处两个大局中的中国需要有代表性的创新国际话语。新中国70余年发展实践的奠基和中国共产党百年建党经验的积累,使新时代的中国具备弘扬全人类共同价值、引领人类进步潮流的客观条件。全人类共同价值自身所具备的承认共同性与尊重特殊性的统一、本土性与国际性的统一、开放性与共建性的统一等理论特性及其在国际话语方面的重要意义使其能够回应时代需求。反思当前实践进展的不足,未来或可考虑从增强国际传播与注重跨文化交际、加快中国特色大国外交理论与相关学术体系建设以及积极推进实践融合等方面进一步拓展全人类共同价值的弘扬路径,提高其国际话语塑造力、影响力和感召力。

In the new era,the development and changes of the world call for new value leadership.China,which is situated in two major situations,needs representative innovative international discourse.The foundation of more than 70 years of development practice of New China and the accumulation of 100 years of experience in the founding of the CPC have enabled China in the new era to have the objective conditions to carry forward the com⁃mon values of all mankind and lead the trend of human progress.The theoretical characteristics of the recogni⁃tion of commonality and respect for uniqueness,the unity of localization and internationalization,the unity of openness and co-construction,and the important significance in international discourse that all human beings possess,enable them to respond to the needs of the times.Reflecting on the shortcomings of current practical progress,in the future,it may be considered to further expand the path of promoting humanity's common values by enhancing international communication and emphasizing cross-cultural communication,accelerating the con⁃struction of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and related academic system,and actively promoting the integration of practice,in order to enhance its international discourse shaping,influence,and ap⁃peal.
