教师是人类灵魂的工程师,承担着传道授业解惑的神圣使命。教师要清醒认识到自己的职责所在,坚持教育者先受教育,努力成为先进思想文化的传播者、学生健康成长的指导者、党执政的坚定支持者。要增强责任感使命感,在认真践行立德树人根本任务中学会学习、坚持学习,强化自觉自律,涵养教育情怀,努力做学生为学、为事、为人的大先生。

On one hand,the teachers are the engineers who help shape the soul of human beings,and bear the sacred mission of preaching,instructing and dispelling doubts as well,so the teachers should be clearly aware of their responsibilities that they should observe the rule of educators'being educated first,that they should strive to become the disseminator of advanced ideology and culture,and the guide for the students'healthy growth,and the firm supporter of the Party's governance.On the other hand,the teachers should strengthen and improve their sense of responsibility and mission,learning to learn,adhering to learning,intensifying self-discipline and breeding educational feelings in the process of earnestly practicing the fundamental task of cultivating the students'virtue and morality,on which base they can be the qualified teachers who are always centering on what the students will learn,will do,and will be,then work hard for this.
