“双一流”建设背景下高校师资队伍建设的基本维度与优化路径

Dimensions and Enhancement Strategies of Faculty Construction in“Double-First Class”Universities

“双一流”建设是提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力的重要国家战略。而师资队伍建设是“双一流”建设中的关键环节,直接影响到“双一流”建设的全局。在“双一流”建设中如何提升师资队伍质量是亟需探讨的关键议题。本文收集了一流大学建设高校的“双一流”建设方案,并对其中师资队伍建设部分进行了文本分析,试图总结出高校师资队伍建设的基本维度和相关建设经验。分析发现,“双一流”建设中的师资队伍建设包括打造人才队伍、培育师德师风、改革人事制度三个基本的维度,并在此基础上总结提出了针对每一个维度的优化提升路径。

“Double-First Class”policy is an important national strategy to enhance the quality and international competitiveness of higher education in China.Faculty construction is a key step in“Double-First Class”construction,since it directly impacts on the overall quality.Therefore,how to construct the faculty becomes an urgent issue to be explored in the“Double-First Class”construction.This study collected the construction plans of the“Double-First Class”universities and has done a content analysis on the sections on faculty construction of these plans.The aim is to find out the basic dimensions of faculty construction and lessons that could be learned.It finds that there are three dimensions:team building,morality development,and management reform.It also proposed possible enhancement strategies to each dimension.
