摘要
作为国内率先开展学生评教的高校,案例高校虽然积极探索,希望以过程性评教帮助教师及时、有效改进教学,以合理使用学生评教结果减少评教结果运用异化问题,以学术研究指导学生评教实践,但仍暴露出与其他高校学生评教普遍存在的通病:高校管理者在学生评教中占据主导、权威地位,而师生地位并不彰显乃至被边缘化。为根治学生评教弊病,我国高校需降低管理者的评教主导地位,保障学生的评教主体地位,提升教师在学生评教中的主动地位。
To establish an evaluation system which will pay more attention to the teaching,Chinese universities should constantly improve the students'evaluation of teaching,with solving the problems in evaluation tools,evaluation time,evaluation methods and evaluation results application.As the first university in China to carry out students'evaluation of teaching,although the case university has actively explored to use process evaluation to help teachers improve teaching timely and effectively,reduce the alienation in the use of resuts of students'evaluation of teaching by rational use,and guide students'evaluation of teaching by academic research,it still exposes the common problems of students'evaluation in other universities.Administrators occupying a dominant and authoritative position in students'evaluation of teaching,while the status of teachers and students decreasing and even becoming marginalized,is the root cause of the problems of students'evaluation of teaching in Chinese universities.To cure the ills of students'evaluation of teaching,Chinese universities should reduce the authority status of administrators,protect the main status of students,and enhance the status of teachers in students'evaluation of teaching.
