摘要
探讨CDIO(Conceive、Design、Implement、Operate)教育模式在临床医学专业《职业发展与就业指导教育》课程的教学效果。用随机整群抽样方法抽取H医药学院2020级临床医学本科生258名,其中127人为实验组,采用“CDIO”教育模式教学,131人为对照组,采用传统授课模式教学。课程结束后运用调查问卷对“CDIO”教育模式进行评价,并比较两组教学效果、满意度、学业成绩以及就业认知情况等。结果显示,实验组授课满意度、认可度、实践成绩均高于对照组,就业认知比对照组要实际和理智,P<0.05或P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义。两组期末理论考试成绩,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。提示“CDIO”教育模式能提升临床医学专业职业发展与就业的能力,值得借鉴。
To explore the teaching effect of CDIO(Conceive,Design,Implement,Operate)education model in the course of"Career Development and Employment Guidance Education"for clinical medicine majors.Random cluster sampling was used to select 258 clinical medical undergraduates of H School of Medicine in 2020,of which 127 were the experimental group,who were taught by the"CDIO"education mode,and 131 were the control group,who were taught by the traditional teaching mode.After the course is completed,the survey questionnaire is used to evaluate the"CDIO"education model and compare the teaching effectiveness,satisfaction,academic performance,and employment awareness between the two groups.The results showed that the teaching satisfaction,recognition,and practical performance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and their employment cognition was more realistic and rational than that of the control group,P0.05 or P0.001,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the scores of the final theory test between the two groups,P0.05.It is suggested that the"CDIO"education model can improve the professional development of clinical medicine and the ability to achieve employment,which is worth learning.
