摘要
随着现代建筑数字仿真技术、优化理论、虚拟现实分析的数字技术的兴起,为多约束条件下的建筑空间可持续优化提供了新的契机和理论指导。针对传统优化无法完整满足建筑空间特征优化的问题,提出基于动态规划的建筑空间利用率优化算法。首先针对建筑内的空间特征进行建模,对建筑内的空间结构进行网格化标定;其次对影响空间利用率的因素进行归纳分析,依次建立影响空间利用率条件的约束函数,同时从不同角度建立建筑空间利用率最大化的目标函数;最后根据动态规划理论目标函数进行求解。最后,在不同约束条件下对建筑空间利用率模型给进行对应的数字仿真,验证了所提出的优化算法的有效性和扩展性。
With the rise of modern digital simulation technology,optimization theory and virtual reality analysis in architecture,new opportunities and theoretical guidance have been provided for sustainable optimization of building space under multiple constraints.Aiming at the problem that traditional optimization cannot completely meet the optimization of building space characteristics,this paper proposes an optimization algorithm of building space utilization based on dynamic programming.Firstly,the spatial features in the building were modeled,and the spatial structure in the building was calibrated by a grid.Secondly,the factors that affect the space utilization ratio were summarized and analyzed,and the constraint functions that affect the space utilization conditions were established in turn.At the same time,the objective functions of maximizing the building space utilization ratio were established from different angles and solved according to the objective function of dynamic programming theory.Finally,we carried out the corresponding digital simulation of the building space utilization model under different constraints to verify the effectiveness and scalability of the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper.
