某型航空发动机桨速调节器设计研究

摘要 螺旋桨桨速调节器通过引导控制滑油进入变距腔实现桨叶角的改变从而控制螺旋桨桨速的大小。提出了一套采用电液伺服阀、电磁阀控制分油活门架构的桨速调节器设计方案。以设计需求分析为出发点,在明确了调节器的组成、工作原理的基础上进行了理论校核,同时基于AMEsim仿真软件,搭建桨速调节器仿真模型,进行仿真研究。结果表明,上述设计方案能够满足所配装航空发动机使用需求,实现其设计目标的全部功能,具有一定的置信度。为桨速调节器的研发设计提供参考。 The propeller speed regulator changes the blade angle by guiding the lubricating oil into the pitch chamber,so as to control the propeller speed.In this paper,based on electro-hydraulic servo valve and solenoid valve controloil separation valve,a design scheme of propeller speed regulator is proposed to control the propeller pitch of aeroengine.Taking the design demand analysis as the starting point,the composition and working principle of the regulator were clarified,and the theoretical verification was carried out.At the same time,based on AMESim simulation software,the simulation model of propeller speed regulator was built for simulation research.The results show that the design scheme can meet the needs of aeroengine,realize all the functions of its design objectives,and has a certain degree of confidence.It provides a reference for the design of propeller speed regulator.
