摘要 文中设计了一种适用于多规格的普通矩形纸盒自动封装机,以实现多规格的纸盒自动封装。基于纸盒的折叠工艺流程,将纸盒各个耳朵折起的过程等效为纸板沿折痕转动的运动模型,采用仿生学原理,设计出能模拟人手进行纸盒自动折耳的封装机。设计了双工位纸盒输送机构,有效提高了纸盒的输送效率。封装机有效工作空间为1 030 mm×710 mm×1 190 mm,能够对尺寸规格在111 mm×98 mm×90 mm到210 mm×115 mm×148 mm的方形纸盒进行自动折耳工作,纸盒完成折耳需要8.7 s。所设计的纸盒封装机可以完成多种规格纸盒折耳工作,实现了纸盒自动化封装,封装机结构简单、体积小,生产加工柔性化程度高,加工效率高。 In this article,an automatic packing machine is specifically designed for ordinary rectangular cartons with multiple specifications,in order to realize automatic packing of various cartons.Based on the folding process of cartons,the folding process of the carton's each ear is equivalent to the motion model of cardboard rotating along the crease.The principle of bionics is used to develop a packing machine,which can simulate the manual folding of the carton's each ear.Besides,the double-station carton conveying mechanism is designed,which effectively improves efficiency in carton conveying.The effective working space of the packing machine is 1030 mmx710 mmx1190 mm,and it can automatically fold the square carton's ears with the dimensions ranging from 111 mmx98 mmx90 mm to 210 mmx115 mmx148 mm.It takes 8.7 s to fold the carton's ears.The carton packing machine is used to fold the ears of cartons with multiple specifications,and carton packing is realized automatically.The machine is simple in structure and small in volume,with high flexibility in production and operation,as well as high efficiency in processing.
