基于认知熟悉策略和网络层次分析法集成模型的轻中度失智老人产品设计

摘要 为解决轻中度认知障碍的失智老人需求获取难,在产品设计中需求不易转换的问题,提出一种集成认知熟悉策略和网络层次分析法的方法。采用集成模型识别轻中度失智老人熟悉的认知能力,转译为用户需求,并与第三方用户需求合并构建综合需求体系,对综合需求层次模型进行搭建,判断影响关系并计算权值,得出需求优先级排序。以智能陪护机产品为例,将权重大的需求转化为设计要素,结合Rhino软件进行方案设计,并对满意度进行调查,验证了该方法在轻中度失智老人产品设计中对用户需求挖掘和处理的有效性及可行性,为轻中度失智老人的产品设计开发提供参考。 In order to solve the issues of hardly obtaining the requirements of the elderly with mild and moderate dementia and transforming the requirements in product design,this paper proposed an approach of integrating cognitive familiarity strategy and analytic network process.The integrated model was used to identify the familiar cognitive ability of the elderly with dementia,translate into user requirements,and merge with the third-party user requirements to build a comprehensive requirement system.The comprehensive requirement hierarchical model was established to judge the influence relationship,calculate the weight and obtain the priority ranking of requirements.Taking the intelligent companion machine as an example,the design elements was transformed from high weight requirements.The scheme was designed combined with Rhino to perform satisfaction investigation.The effectiveness and feasibility of the method were verified on digging and dealing with the user requirements of the products for the dementia elderly.This method provided references for the design and development of products for the elderly with mild to moderate dementia.
