摘要
犬细小病毒(canine parvovirus, CPV)是引起的犬腹泻是导致犬类死亡的高度接触性传染病病原之一。针对这种疫病目前最为有效的防控方法就是疫苗接种,然而由于多种因素的影响如病毒变异、母源抗体干扰等因素导致的免疫后感染发生率仍然较高。目前已应用的传统疫苗如灭活疫苗或弱毒疫苗具有其不足之处,开发新型疫苗提高免疫效力是较为有效的防控措施。因此,现从细小病毒灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、基因工程亚单位疫苗及核酸疫苗等角度介绍CPV疫苗的研究进展,为细小病毒防控产品的研制提供借鉴。
Diarrhea diseases caused by canine parvovirus is a highly contagious disease that causes death in canine.The most effective control measure is vaccination.However,the infectious rate of post-immunization infection is still high due to the influence of a variety of factors such as virus mutation and maternal antibodies interferences.Traditional vaccines,such as inactivated vaccines or attenuated vaccines,have their limitations,novel vaccine is an effective prevention and control measure to improve the immune efficacy.This review introduces the research progress of canine parvovirus vaccine including inactivated vaccine,modified live vaccine,subunit vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine,providing reference for canine parvovirus prevention and products.
