摘要
TatD-like DNase是广泛存在于生物界的一种可以参与细胞凋亡、DNA修复、生物膜成熟等过程的蛋白,该蛋白首先在细菌中发现,而后研究人员发现该蛋白可以降解中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)结构从而引发疟原虫对机体的免疫逃避,而且TatD-like DNase有抑制疟原虫发育的作用。在锥虫入侵宿主的研究中,研究人员发现该蛋白同样可以破坏NETs结构。在人畜共患病原细菌的研究中发现,TatD-like DNase有很强的金属离子依赖性,从而增强分解DNA的能力。本文就该蛋白的研究进展进行综述。
The protein TatD-like DNase is commonly present in biological systems and plays a role in apoptosis,DNA repair,and biofilm development,was initially identified in bacteria.Researchers have shown that this protein can weaken neutrophil extracellular trap networks(NETs)and hence cause Plasmodium to evade the immune system.In addition,it has been demonstrated that TatD-like DNase prevents Plasmodium growth.The structure of the NETs is also disrupted by this protein,according to studies on the invasion of hosts by trypanosomes.In studies of zoonotic pathogenic bacteria,TatD-like DNase was found to have a strong metal ion dependence,which enhances the ability to break down DNA.This article is a review of the progress of research on this protein.
