搅拌头轴肩尺寸对PA6-GF30材料搅拌摩擦焊缝性能影响

Effect of Tool Shoulder Size on Performance of PA6-GF30 Material in Friction Stir Weld

摘要 本文以尼龙6为基体,30%的短切玻璃纤维为加强体的板材作为研究对象,采用不同的搅拌针轴肩尺寸、转速和焊接速度进行水下搅拌摩擦焊实验。通过对焊后的接头抗拉强度、焊缝上表面及横截面形貌进行实验和分析,得到焊接参数对焊缝成形的影响规律。最后对参数进行优化,得到最优加工参数。 The underwater friction stir welding experiments of 30%chopped glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite sheets were carried out with different stir tool shoulder size,rotational speed and welding speed.The effect of welding parameters on weld properties was obtained by testing and analyzing the tensile strength of welded joint,the morphology of weld upper surface and cross section.The parameters are optimized to obtain the optimal processing parameters.
