摘要
某型发动机离心叶轮在试验中出现盘体掉块故障,通过对故障件的复查、分析以及补充计算,确定了该故障发生的原因。结果表明:盘体掉块故障是由径向扩压器叶片引起的高阶共振造成疲劳破坏。通过结构改进,调整了叶轮的固有模态和激振源频率,避开了该高阶振动,并通过多轮考核试验验证了改进措施的有效性。
A certain type of aero-engine centrifugal impeller has a disc failure during the test.The cause of the failure through re-examination was determined.The analysis and supplementary calculation of the faulty parts were made.The results show that the failure of the disc body's rupture block was caused by the high-order resonance caused by the radial diffuser blades,which causes fatigue damage.Through the structural improvement,the natural mode of the excitation source were adjusted to avoid the high-order vibration,and the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified through multiple rounds of assessment tests.
