经尿道前列腺等离子剜切术对前列腺增生患者前列腺症状评分及生活质量的影响

Effect of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate on Prostate Symptom Score and Quality of Life in Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:分析经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术(TUPKEP)应用于前列腺增生(BPH)治疗的效果.方法:选取河南大学附属南阳市第一人民医院2020年9月至2022年7月收治的BPH患者102例,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=51,予以TUPKEP术治疗)和对照组[n=51,采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗],对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果:与对照组相比,研究组腺体切除重量更重,术中出血更少,手术时间、留置尿管及住院时间均更短(P<0.05);研究组治疗后最大尿流率(Qmax)、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)及生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分明显较对照组高,国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分及并发症发生率较低(P<0.05).结论:TUPKEP的应用可有效减轻患者手术创伤,改善患者尿流动力学及性功能,且术后并发症少,更有助于患者术后康复.

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKEP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:One hundred and two patients with BPH admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The study group was treated with TUPKEP,while the control group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had heavier glandular resection weight,less intraoperative bleeding,shorter surgical time,indwelling catheter,and hospital stay(P<0.05);After treatment,the maximum flow rate(Qmax),international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5),and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with lower levels of serological indicators,international prostate symptom score(IPSS),and incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TUPKEP can effectively alleviate surgical trauma,improve urodynamics and sexual function,and reduce postoperative complications,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
