糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者心理弹性水平与应对方式的相关性分析

Correlation between Psychological Resilience and Coping Style in Diabetes Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心理弹性水平与应对方式的相关性.方法:选取2021年4月至2023年3月本院收治的90例糖尿病合并CHF患者作为研究对象,采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)及中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估患者心理弹性水平、应对方式情况,重点分析患者心理弹性与应对方式的相关性.结果:心功能Ⅱ级患者CD-RISC得分与应对方式中面对评分最高,Ⅲ级次之,Ⅳ级最低;且心功能Ⅱ级患者应对方式中屈服、面对得分最低,Ⅲ级次之,Ⅳ级最高,三组组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经双变量Pearson相关性分析检验证实,心理弹性水平与应对方式中的面对呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),与回避、屈服呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05).结论:糖尿病合并CHF患者心理弹性水平与应对方式密切相关,或可通过提高患者心理弹性水平,帮助其应对方式改善,利于疾病治疗.

Objective:To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and coping style in diabetes patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 90 patients with diabetes and CHF admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected.The medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and the Chinese version of resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to assess the level of psychological resilience and coping style of patients.The correlation between psychological resilience and coping style was tested by bivariate Pearson linear correlation.Results:The CD-RISC score and coping style of patients with cardiac function grade Ⅱ were the highest,followed by grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ.Among the coping styles of patients with cardiac function level Ⅱ,the scores of submission and facing were the lowest,followed by level Ⅱ,and the highest in level Ⅳ.There was a statistical significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Through bivariate Pearson correlation analysis,it was confirmed that the level of psychological resilience was positively correlated with facing in coping styles(r>0,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with avoidance and surrender(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience level of diabetes patients with CHF is closely related to their coping style.In the future,we can consider improving the psychological resilience level of diabetes patients with CHF to help improve their coping style and facilitate disease treatment.
