Objective:To observe the clinical effects of levodopa combined with occlusion therapy in the treatment of children with amblyopia. Methods:A total of 132 children with amblyopia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected.According to the therapeutic method, they were divided into experimental group(n=68,levodopa combined with occlusion therapy)and control group(n=64,occlusion therapy).Compare treatment effects between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the degree of latent time reduction and amplitude increase in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05),the corrected near-stereoscopic acuity of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, and the corected amplitude range and corrected separation range of the experimental group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levodopa combined with occlusion therapy has obvious clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of amblyopia in children.
