Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of primary chemotherapy(PcT) TAC(Cyclophosphamide+epirubicin+docetaxel)regimen in the treatment of breast cancer(BC)patients undergoing breast conserving surgery. Methods:The clinical data of 198 BC patients admited to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and according to diferent treatment methods, the patients were divided into an observation group(n=103,PcT TAC combined with breast-conserving therapy)and a control group(n=95,breast-conserving therapy only). And the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The remission rate of disease in the observation group(74.76%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.63%).After treatment, levels of tumor marker CEA,CA125,CA153 proteins and Ki-67 mRNA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the recurrence rate of the observation group(1.94%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.84%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAC regimen of neoadjuvant chemotherapy is more beneficial to improve the remission rate of breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery, and can significantly reduce CEA,CA125,CA153 and Ki-67 mRNA levels, which has lower recurrence rate and better application.
