加味乌梅丸辅助治疗对结肠息肉术后复发率及血清炎性因子的影响

Effects of Modified Wumei Pill on Postoperative Recurrence Rate and Serum Inflammatory Factor in Patients with Colonic Polyps

目的:探究加味乌梅丸辅助治疗对结肠息肉患者术后复发率及血清炎性因子的影响.方法:选取本院2019年1月至2022年12月接受内镜下结肠息肉摘除术治疗的70例结肠息肉患者为研究对象.以随机数字表法将其分实验组(n=35,常规综合治疗基础上使用加味乌梅丸治疗)和对照组(n=35,仅接受常规综合治疗).比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后复发率和血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平.结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组,术后复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在结肠息肉患者的手术治疗中,加味乌梅丸具有很好的辅助治疗效果,有利于降低患者的血清炎症指标,增强疗效,降低术后复发风险,值得在临床治疗中推荐使用.

Objective:To explore the effects of modified wumei pill on postoperative recurrence rate and serum inflammatory factor in patients with colon polyps.Methods:Seventy patients with colon polyps who underwent endoscopic polypectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected in this study.By using a random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(n=35,treated with routine comprehensive treatment and modified wumei pill treatment)and control group(n=35,treated with routine comprehensive treatment only).Statistical analysis was conducted on the clinical fficacy,postoperative recurrence rate,and the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αbetween the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αbefore treatment in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of patients with colon polyps,modified wumei pill has a very good auxiliary treatment effect,which is beneficial for reducing the patient's serum inflammatory indicators,enhancing the efficacy,and reducing the risk of postoperative recurrence.It is recommended for use in clinical treatment.
