团队管理下的集束化护理对肺移植患者术后感染的预防价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Group-Managed Cluster Nursing in Preventing Postoperative Infection in Lung Transplantation Patients

目的:团队管理下的集束化护理对肺移植患者术后感染的预防价值分析.方法:选取2020年1月至2022年7月在本院行肺移植术患者43例作为研究对象.按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组(n=22,团队管理下的集束化护理)和对照组(n=21,常规护理).比较两组患者术后感染发生率,术后排痰量及住院时间,以及患者术后生活质量.结果:观察组患者感染发生率(13.63%,3/22)明显低于对照组(42.85%,9/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组,术后1、2、3 d 排痰量显著多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、生理功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:团队管理下的集束化护理可以更有效地帮助肺移植患者促进术后排痰,减少感染发生可能,有助于缩短患者住院时间,改善生活质量,此方法值得在临床上推广使用.

Objective:To analyze the value of cluster nursing under team management in preventing postoperative infection in lung transplantation patients.Methods:Forty-three patients who received lung transplantation in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected in this study.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=22,cluster nursing under team management)and control group(n=21,routine nursing).The incidence of postoperative infection,postoperative sputum excretion volume,hospital stay,and postoperative quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of infection in the observation group(13.63%,3/22)was significantly lower than that in the control group(42.85%,9/21)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the postoperative sputum excretion volume on the Ist,2nd,and 3rd days was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing under team management can more effectively help lung transplantation patients promote postoperative sputum excretion,reduce the incidence of infection,shorten the hospital stay,improve the quality of life.This method is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
