个体化护理干预在血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application Effects of Individual Nursing Intervention in Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨个体化护理干预在肾功能衰竭、尿毒症患者血液透析治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的70例进行血液透析治疗的肾功能衰竭、尿毒症患者为研究对象.以病历编号对其进行分组,双号为观察组(n=35,个性化护理方法结合常规护理干预),单号为对照组(n=35,常规护理方法干预).比较两组患者的临床依从性、生存质量及并发症发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者的饮食依从性、液体摄入依从性、用药依从性、透析方案依从性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均提高,观察组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组并发症发生率为8.57%(3/35),低于对照组的28.57%(10/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:个体化护理模式在肾功能衰竭、尿毒症患者血液透析中的干预效果明显,临床依从性得到提高,并发症的发生率减少,生活质量得到改善,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing intervention in hemodialysis for patients with renal failure and uremia.Methods:In this study,70 hemodialysis patients with renal failure and uremia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=35,received individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)and control group(n=35,received routine nursing only).The clinical compliance,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of dietary compliance,fluid intake compliance,medication compliance,and dialysis protocol compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)of both groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant diferences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 8.57%in the observation group after intervention,which was lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized nursing model has a significant effect in hemodialysis for patients with renal failure and uremia,with improved clinical compliance,reduced incidence of complications,and improved quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
