半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Gastritis of Spleen Stomach Dampness-Heat Type

目的:探讨脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎患者采用半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年10月徐汇区龙华街道社区卫生服务中心收治的93例脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=47)。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组嗳气、食少纳呆、口臭、胃脘痞满、口干口苦及胃脘疼痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组嗳气、食少纳呆、口臭、胃脘痞满、口干口苦及胃脘疼痛积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0173)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的效果显著,可减轻临床症状,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach dampness-heat type.Methods:A total of 93 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen stomach dampness-heat type treated at the Xuhui District Longhua Street Community Health Service Center from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of belching,poor appetite,halitosis,stomach fullness,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and stomach pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of belching,poor appetite,halitosis,stomach fullness,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and stomach pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0173).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach dampness-heat type,which can reduce clinical symptoms and will not increase adverse reactions.
