多维自我效能促进性护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Multidimensional Self-Efficacy Promoting Nursing Intervention in Multiple Myeloma Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨多维自我效能促进性护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月阜宁县人民医院收治的40例多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用多维自我效能促进性护理干预。比较两组依从率、不良反应发生情况、疾病知识掌握情况及心理状况。结果:观察组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。观察组疾病知识总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:多维自我效能促进性护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者依从率及疾病知识掌握率,降低不良反应发生率,缓解负面情绪。

Objective:To explore the application effect of multidimensional self-efficacy promoting nursing intervention in patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,a total of 40 patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy in Funing County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method with 20 patients in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention.The observation group used multidimensional self-efficacy promoting nursing intervention.The compliance rate,adverse reactions,disease knowledge awareness and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The total disease knowledge awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:For patients with multiple myeloma undergoing chemotherapy,multidimensional self-efficacy promoting nursing intervention has a significant application effect,and can increase the compliance rate and disease knowledge awareness rate of patient,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and relieve the negative emotions.
