钝感力训练应用于原发性闭角型青光眼患者的护理效果

Effect of Blunt Force Training in Nursing of Patients with Primary Angle-Closure Glaucoma

目的:探讨钝感力训练应用于原发性闭角型青光眼患者的护理效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月江苏省宿迁市泗洪医院收治的60例原发性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为干预组和常规组,各30例。常规组进行眼科常规护理,干预组在常规组基础上进行钝感力训练。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且干预组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组眼压低于护理前,且干预组低于常规组,两组视力高于护理前,且干预组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:钝感力训练应用于原发性闭角型青光眼患者的护理效果显著,可缓解患者负性情绪,改善其眼压与视力,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of blunt force training in the nursing of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma admitted to Hospital of Sihong in Suqian City of Jiangsu Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into intervention group and conventional group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional ophthalmic nursing,and the intervention group received blunt force training on the basis of the conventional group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,intraocular pressure in two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group,and the visual acuity in two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the intervention group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:The application of blunt force training in the nursing of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma has a significant effect,which can relieve negative emotions,improve intraocular pressure and visual acuity,and improve nursing satisfaction.
