系统性护理干预应用于阿尔茨海默症患者护理中的效果

Application Effects of Systemic Nursing Interventions in Nursing of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

目的:分析阿尔茨海默症患者实施系统性护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的62例阿尔茨海默症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施系统性护理干预。比较两组认知功能、自我护理能力、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果:干预后,研究组简易智力状态检查量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我生活护理、自我心理调节、自我用药护理、自我护理管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);研究组生理、心理、社会功能、物质生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:阿尔茨海默症患者实施系统性护理干预的效果显著,可促进患者认知功能、自理能力的恢复,提高患者依从性及生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effects of systematic nursing intervention in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:A total of 62 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented systematic nursing intervention.The cognitive function,self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-life nursing,self-psychological adjustment,self-medication nursing,and self-care management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).The scores of physiological,psychological,social function and material life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of systematic nursing intervention for patients with Alzheimer's disease has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of cognitive function and self-care ability,and improve the compliance and quality of life of patients.
