北京市团结湖社区某小区居民血脂异常情况及危险因素分析

Analysis of Dyslipidemia and Risk Factors in a Community of Tuanjiehu Community,Beijing

目的:分析北京市团结湖社区某小区居民血脂异常情况及危险因素。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年8月北京市团结湖某小区的1000名居民作为研究对象,进行问卷调查、身体检查及实验室检查,分析血脂异常的影响因素。结果:1000名居民中,血脂异常279名,血脂异常率为27.90%。单因素分析显示,性别、体质量指数、腹型肥胖、吸烟情况、饮酒情况是血脂异常的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性、超重/肥胖、腹型肥胖、吸烟是血脂异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:男性、超重/肥胖、腹型肥胖、吸烟是血脂异常的独立危险因素,社区医院人员应根据居民实际情况制定合理有效的防控方案,使居民养成健康的生活习惯,降低血脂异发生率。

Objective:To analyze the dyslipidemia and risk factors in a community of Tuanjiehu Community,Beijing.Methods:A total of 1000 residents of a community in Tuanjiehu,Beijing were selected as the research objects from August 2020 to August 2021.Questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory examination were conducted to analyze the influencing factors of dyslipidemia.Results:Among 1000 residents,279 had dyslipidemia(27.90%).Univariate analysis showed that gender,body mass index,abdominal obesity,smoking and drinking were the influencing factors of dyslipidemia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Male,overweight/obesity,abdominal obesity and smoking were independent risk factors for dyslipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Male,overweight/obesity,abdominal obesity and smoking are independent risk factors for dyslipidemia.Community hospital staff should formulate reasonable and effective prevention and control plans based on the actual situation of residents,so as to help residents develop healthy living habits and reduce the incidence of dyslipidemia.
