摘要
目的:探讨中医点单式家庭医生签约服务对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2022年2—10月在青岛西海岸新区长江路街道社区卫生服务中心就诊签约中医点单式家庭医生服务包的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。收集患者一般资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析评估治疗依从性的影响因素,分析中医点单式家庭医生签约服务对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。结果:年龄<65岁、有糖尿病慢性并发症、糖尿病相关药物服用≥4片/d是治疗依从性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。患者签约后治疗依从性评分高于签约前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:年龄<65岁、有并发症、有糖尿病慢性并发症、糖尿病相关药物服用≥4片/d是治疗依从性的独立影响因素,中医点单式家庭医生签约服务可有效提高患者治疗依从性。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ordered family doctor contracted service on the treatment compliance of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who signed a contract for traditional Chinese medicine ordered family doctor service package in Qingdao West Coast New Area Changjiang Road Community Health Service Center from February 2022 to October 2022 were selected a the study subjects.The general data of patients were collected.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the influencing factors of treatment compliance,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ordered family doctor contracted service on the treatment compliance of diabetic patients was analyzed.Results:Age<65 years,chronic complications of diabetes,and diabetes-related drugs administered≥4 tablets/d were independent influencing factors of treatment compliance(P<0.05).The treatment compliance score of patients after signing the contract was higher than that before signing the contract,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Age<65 years,complications,chronic complications of diabetes,and diabetes-related drugs administered≥4 tablets/d are independent influencing factors for treatment compliance.The traditional Chinese medicine ordered family doctor contracted service can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients.
