摘要
目的:探讨情景式教学在护士层级急救培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于德阳市人民医院参与培训的150名护理人员作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各75名。对照组实施常规教学模式,观察组实施情景式教学。比较两组综合能力、评判性思维及教学效果。结果:培训后,两组综合能力评分均高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,两组求知欲、分析能力、寻求真相及系统化能力评分均高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士认为本组教学模式能充分认识护理工作、能更好适应角色、能提高自主学习能力、能增进团结合作、能提高知识运用能力、能活跃课堂氛围的占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:护士层级急救培训工作中实施情景式教学,能提高护士的综合能力,培养护士的评判性思维,提高教学效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of situational teaching in nurse level first aid training.Methods:A total of 150 nursing staff who participated in the training in Deyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching mode and the observation group implemented situational teaching.The comprehensive ability,critical thinking and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After training,the comprehensive ability scores in the two groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the scores of thirst for knowledge,analytical ability,truth-seeking and systematization ability in the two groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of nurses in the observation group who believed that the teaching mode in this group could fully understand nursing work,better adapt to roles,improve self-learning ability,enhance unity and cooperation,improve knowledge application ability,and activate classroom atmosphere was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of situational teaching in nurse level first aid training can improve the comprehensive ability of nurses,cultivate their critical thinking,and improve the teaching effect.
