摘要
在当前信息时代,创新是企业尤其是高新技术企业获得可持续竞争优势的关键要素。本文基于社会网络理论,以313家高新技术企业为研究对象,探讨了封闭式网络对企业创新绩效的影响作用,并分析了知识基础和知识多样性的调节作用。研究结果表明:封闭式网络与企业创新绩效呈倒U型关系;知识宽度、知识深度和知识集中度正向调节了封闭式网络与企业创新绩效之间的关系;知识多样性正向调节了封闭式网络与企业创新绩效之间的关系。本文研究结果对于提升企业创新绩效具有积极的意义。
In the current information age,innovation is the key factor for enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises,to gain sustainable competitive advantage.Based on the social network theory,this paper takes 313 high-tech enterprises as the research object,discusses the influence of closed network on enterprise innovation performance,and analyzes the moderating effect of knowledge base and knowledge diversity.The results show that the relationship between closed network and enterprise innovation performance is inverted U-shaped.Knowledge breadth,knowledge depth and knowl-edge concentration positively moderate the relationship between closed network and enterprise innovation performance.Knowledge diversity positively moderates the relationship between closed network and enterprise innovation performance.The results of this paper have positive significance for improving enterprise innovation performance.
