《变应性支气管肺曲霉病诊治专家共识(2022年修订版)》解读

摘要 变应性支气管肺曲霉病(allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis,ABPA)是一种变应性疾病,是由曲霉过敏而引起肺部疾病,2017年的《变应性支气管肺曲霉病诊治专家共识》是由中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组的有关专家制定。在总结了近5年ABPA研究的新进展的基础上,结合我国的临床实践,专家们对共识进行了重新修订。本文通过对《变应性支气管肺曲霉病诊治专家共识(2022年修订版)》解读,为临床医师诊断和治疗ABPA提供帮助。
