基于交流促发展模型的2型糖尿病患者运动管理信息化平台的构建

Construction of information platform for type 2 diabetes patients'sports management based on the model of communication for development

目的 基于交流促发展模型构建2型糖尿病患者运动管理信息化平台,以实施个体化运动处方并进行运动监管。方法 通过查阅文献,结合前期对糖尿病患者运动管理信息化平台使用需求的质性研究结果,形成初步拟定的2型糖尿病运动管理信息化平台整体架构;运用德尔菲法对20名临床医学、临床护理、护理教育和护理管理领域专家进行函询,确定此架构应用层的模块及具体内容,即2型糖尿病运动管理信息化平台各模块及条目。结果 初步拟定2型糖尿病运动管理信息化平台整体架构包括表现层、框架层、应用层、数据层;两轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为90.91%和100%,专家权威系数为0.86和0.87,第1轮重要性评分4.4~5.0分,重要性变异系数为0~0.29,第2轮重要性评分3.9~5.0分,重要性变异系数为0~0.23,Kendall’s W值为0.016和0.175 (P<0.01);确定2型糖尿病运动管理信息化平台由医护中心模块和患者中心模块组成,医护中心模块下设5个维度共18条目,患者中心模块下设3个维度共16条目。结论 本研究构建的基于交流促发展模型的2型糖尿病患者运动管理信息化平台的方案科学可行,可为延续性护理中实施2型糖尿病患者运动管理提供客观、可量化的工具。

Objective To construct a sports information management platform for type 2 diabetes patients based on the communication development model,so as to implement individualized exercise prescription and exercise supervision.Methods The overall framework of type 2 diabetes sports management information platform was initially drawn up by consulting the literature and combining the qualitative research results on the use needs of diabetes patients'sports information platform in the early stage.Twenty experts in clinical medicine,clinical nursing,nursing education and nursing management were consulted using Delphi method to determine the modules and specific contents of the application layer of this architecture,that is,the modules and items of the information platform for type 2 diabetes movement management.Results The overall framework of type 2 diabetes sports management information platform was preliminarily drawn up,including the presentation layer,the framework layer,the application layer,and the data layer;the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 90.91%and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.86 and 0.87.The importance score of the first round was 4.4-5.0,the importance variation coefficient was 0-0.29,the importance score of the second round was 3.9-5.0,the importance variation coefficient was 0-0.23,and Kendall's W value was 0.016 and 0.175(P<0.01);It is determined that the information-based platform for type 2 diabetes sports management consists of the medical center module and the patient center module.The medical center module has 5 dimensions,18 items in total,and the patient center module has 3 dimensions,16 items in total.Conclusions The scheme of the sports management information platform for type 2 diabetes patients based on the communication promoting development model constructed in this study is scientific and feasible,and can be used to guide the sports management of type 2 diabetes patients in continuous nursing to provide an objective and quantifiable tool.
